We currently manage a small portfolio of properties for landlords and as you will see from our testimonials page we get very good feedback. Our approach is very hands-on and personal - we treat your property as diligently as if it is our own. We have a small team working with the tenants, handling everything from viewing to check-in. Everyone is very carefully vetted, we carry out full reference checks, then we work hard to build good relationships with them to ensure all goes smoothly throughout the entire tenancy.
Right from the start of the process we do things a little differently, providing detailed property particulars, professional photographs and 3D floorplans. We go to great lengths to present your property at its very best to make sure it stands out from the rest on the property portals including Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location. This enables us to find excellent tenants as quickly as possible.

With a fully managed property we make sure we fully understand your requirements and tailor the service to give you the type of feedback you require. We have such good working relationships with some landlords they just ask us to send monthly rental statements and carry out any repairs we see fit without bothering them. However, that is not for everyone - some landlords prefer us to stay in touch with them on a regular basis and like to make sure we have their sign-off every step of the way.
We have built up a good team of contractors who manage all maintenance requirements. Over the years we’ve successfully managed everything from a washer replacement to a full property refurbishment, all at very competitive rates.
