I've always been told to get three opinions or quotes for things, especially when they are large or important decisions.So, 3 estate agents later, we saw a fourth, and still didn't get the right feeling about them. Sarah Clark was the fifth, and so worth waiting to find.Fast, prompt, always on time, always replying, informative, helpful, offering support, clear with expectations and what was happening. The list just goes on. I don't want this to be a panegyric where there are no bad points, but honestly? I really can't think of any bad points at all.We were told in advance about every viewing.
