Our shop windows are the big property portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location. We use these, alongside social media, to reach buyers quickly and effectively.

How do we do this? It’s all about the service and our finely honed sales techniques. We don’t just open the door then let buyers wander aimlessly through your property. Right from the start we establish what the buyer is looking for, only show them properties that match their criteria and make great effort to sell the features and benefits which will most appeal to them. Feedback from buyers is that they like this professional approach and the time we give them to view properties properly.
We only handle a small portfolio at one time. This allows us to give each client and property the attention they deserve. You will generally be dealing with me, Sarah Clark, throughout. As it is my business I like to make sure everything is done to my high standards - from valuation to completion I will be your main point of contact. We will agree a contact strategy early in the process and will accommodate anything from daily contact to a light touch approach. We are always available by phone so you can call in the evenings if you are busy at work during the day.
